I'm really worried because after getting my x-ray and CT report at the civil hospital, the doctor mentioned something about tuberculosis. Could you explain what this means for me and what I should do next?

View allI'm really worried because I've been having some back and chest pain, so my family doctor had me get a chest x-ray. The results say something about a blunted left costophrenic angle and left-sided pleural effusion. My doctor thinks it might be TB since there's fluid on the left side of my lungs. Can you help me understand what this means and what steps I should take next?

I'm really concerned about my mom. She's been coughing for about 45 months now. We've seen both general and ENT doctors, and they've done a chest, nose, and throat X-ray, but everything looked normal. The doctors just keep prescribing antibiotics and allergy meds. They help for a bit while she's on them, but as soon as she stops, the coughing starts up again. What else can we do or look into to figure out what's going on?
she might be allergic to some agent, kindly search for it and avoid it as much as possible
