I'm really worried because I feel like my part isn't as strong as it used to be. It seems to be getting smaller and losing strength each day. My partner used to say she was satisfied, but now she doesn't feel the same way and she's been direct about it. It's making me feel really sad and I can't help but wonder if this is because of regular masturbation. Is there something I can do about this? Can I get back to how things were before?

View allMy mom has been having really sharp pain on her left side and threw up a few times. The ultrasound showed a 7mm stone in her upper left ureter. Is surgery the only way to get rid of it or can medicines help pass the stone naturally?
While 7mm kidney stones often require intervention, it's not always surgery. Medication, like alpha-blockers, can help relax the ureter and aid natural passage, especially with supportive measures like hydration and pain management. However, depending on the stone's location, size, and your mom's overall health, surgery might still be the best option.

I'm having some trouble and really need some advice. For about a week now, I've been experiencing a heavy pain and a burning sensation when I pull the skin back on my penis. It also hurts the same way when I urinate and even when I go potty. It's really uncomfortable, and I'm not sure whether I should see a dermatologist or a sexologist about this. Could you guide me on which doctor would be the best to consult?
You may be experiencing symptoms of a urinary tract infection or a sexually transmitted infection. It is important to consult a Urologist for a proper evaluation and treatment. In the meantime, you can take over-the-counter pain relief medication like Ibuprofen and drink plenty of water to help with the burning sensation.

I'm really worried about my brother. He was told he has a positive semen culture for enterococcus faecalis, and now his urologist prescribed two daily injections of mikacin 500 mg for 5 days and a daily tablet of forcan 150. I'm just wondering, is it normal to need so many injections for this type of infection? And is mikacin the right antibiotic for enterococcus faecalis?
