I'm really worried because I had sex for the first time on February 8th and my period was supposed to come on the 12th, but it hasn't happened yet. We didn't use any protection, but it was super quick, like just 10 seconds, and my partner didn't ejaculate. Plus, my hymen didn't even break. Now I'm 18 days late and I took a home pregnancy test which came out negative. I'm not sure what to do next. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

Since your home pregnancy test came back negative, it is less likely that you are pregnant. However, the delay in your period could be due to various reasons such as stress, hormonal changes, or other underlying health conditions. You can try taking medication to induce withdrawal bleeding and regulate your menstrual cycle. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider before taking any medication.

I've been dealing with vaginal prolapse that causes pain when I pee or poop, and it gets even worse during my period. Sometimes it feels itchy too. I'm 5'6 and weigh 82kg could my weight be making it worse? I really want to avoid surgery if possible. Are there exercises or lifestyle changes that could help reverse it? Also, I'd love to start aerobics or other workouts to lose weight, but I'm worried it might make the prolapse worse. What kind of exercises are safe to do with this condition?

In my opinion first you should consult a gynaecologist personally. That it is prolapse or not. We can't diagnose online.

I'm usually on a 30-day cycle and have PCOD. I've been going through fertility treatment and started taking Duphaston from the 16th day. My period was due on the 5th, and now it's the 12th, but I still haven't gotten it. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Should I stop taking Duphaston, or is there a chance I'll get my period while still on it?

Best would be to consult gynaecologist who is treating. Otherwise wait for one more week for periods then repeat pregnancy test with morning sample urine, if negative then stop Duphaston.

I'm a month pregnant and I took a period tablet recently. Can that cause an abortion or will it make my period start again? I'm really anxious and need to understand what might happen.
