I'm really worried because I had sex for the first time on February 8th and my period was supposed to come on the 12th, but it hasn't happened yet. We didn't use any protection, but it was super quick, like just 10 seconds, and my partner didn't ejaculate. Plus, my hymen didn't even break. Now I'm 18 days late and I took a home pregnancy test which came out negative. I'm not sure what to do next. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

Since your home pregnancy test came back negative, it is less likely that you are pregnant. However, the delay in your period could be due to various reasons such as stress, hormonal changes, or other underlying health conditions. You can try taking medication to induce withdrawal bleeding and regulate your menstrual cycle. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider before taking any medication.

View allI've been diagnosed with a 4.5cm chocolate cyst and my doctor suggested laparoscopic surgery. Is this procedure safe and will it affect my chances of getting pregnant afterward? Also how long does recovery usually take after this type of surgery?
Laparoscopic surgery for a chocolate cyst is generally safe and can even improve fertility chances after surgery. While there are some risks associated with any surgery, the laparoscopic approach is minimally invasive, reducing the risk of complications. Recovery usually takes a week or two, with most activities resumed within that timeframe
