I'm really worried because I just found out that I tested positive for HBsAg. Can you help me understand what this means for my health? What are the symptoms I should be looking for, and what might happen if it's not treated properly? I'm also anxious to know what treatments are available and how effective they are in managing this condition.

View allCan rectal prolapse get better without surgery or do I always need an operation What treatments or home remedies actually work to fix it Would doing Kegel exercises help pull it back up or is that not effective for this issue
In adults, rectal prolapse typically requires surgical intervention, as it often doesn't resolve on its own or with conservative treatments. While some lifestyle changes and exercises like Kegels can help manage symptoms and strengthen pelvic floor muscles, they are not a definitive cure for a prolapse.

I've been feeling really weird and tried to make myself vomit by putting my hand in my mouth. But when I spit, I noticed some blood type saliva and felt like something was stuck in my throat. I'm seriously worried. Do you think it's because I put too much pressure on my throat, or maybe my nails caused some bleeding? There weren't large amounts of blood, just some small specks. No other health problems here, and my recent CBC was all normal. What could be causing this? Please help, I'm really scared.

I've been dealing with constipation for about a year now, and it's been really tough. I end up straining a lot, and sometimes a small part of my rectum sticks out after I use the bathroom. It's kind of worrying because I can push it back in, but it still causes some pain, especially when I'm sitting. I also feel like I need to go to the bathroom around six times a day, which is pretty embarrassing and scary. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to fix this without having to go through surgery. Any advice would be super helpful.
That could be hemarrhoids,Consume plenty of water and fibre rich food to avoid constipation and plan for surgery as that is the treatment of choice
