I'm really worried because I tried using a mix of grated garlic, castor oil, and turmeric on my acne overnight, but I ended up burning my skin. I saw a dermatologist and she gave me a cream that helped peel the burnt skin off, but now there's a dark black spot that's been there for almost a month. She suggested using golite cream for it, but I'm not seeing any improvements. I need to get rid of this scar urgently since my brother's wedding is in the first week of June. Can you suggest anything that might work quickly?

View allI've been dealing with these recurring boils at the back of my neck right where my hairline is for over 34 years now. They're really painful, and I'm wondering if there's anything more I can do about it. I keep good hygiene and wash my hair every other day with a mild shampoo. Health-wise, I feel fine otherwise. Any advice on what might be causing this or what else I could try?
Recurring boils in the same area can be due to a condition called furunculosis, which is a skin infection involving hair follicles. To help treat and prevent these boils, you can use an antibacterial wash like Hibiclens to cleanse the area daily. Applying an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin can also help. In some cases, your doctor may prescribe oral antibiotics like Augmentin to clear the infection. Additionally, maintaining good hygiene practices and avoiding tight clothing around the neck area can help prevent further outbreaks.

I've been dealing with a viral fever for the last five days, and while I'm feeling better now, I'm experiencing this really bothersome itching all over my body. Is this normal after a viral fever, or should I be concerned about something else? What can I do to relieve the itching?
That could be post pyrexial rash,no need to worry thats self limting ,stay hydrated and consume balanced diet, for itching you can take allergra 120mg or cetrizine 10mg once in a day for 3 days.

I'm using Scarend gel for my acne scars. Do you think it's effective if I keep using it for a long time? I'm really struggling with bad acne scars and open pores. Are there any treatments you could suggest that might give up to 90% improvement?
For up to 90% improvement in acne scars and open pores, consider combining Scarend gel with treatments like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser skin resurfacing, microneedling, or platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, under the guidance of a dermatologist.
