I'm really worried because I'm getting married in November, and my fianc doesn't know I'm not a virgin. I had sex when I was 18, and now I'm 21. I've done a lot of fingering too. When I first had sex, it didn't hurt, and there wasn't any blood. I've heard about alum for tightening, and I want to know if it could help. Can you give me any advice on becoming a virgin again or making it seem like I am?

View allI'm feeling some pain after fingering my vagina yesterday. Now it hurts when I walk or when I pee, and there's this dull pain in my lower abdomen. Could you suggest any tablets or remedies to help ease this pain?
It sounds like you might be experiencing irritation or inflammation, which can occur after vigorous activity. I recommend seeing a doctor to rule out any infection or injury, but in the meantime, taking an over-the-counter pain reliever like ibuprofen (if you're not allergic) may help reduce the discomfort. Drink plenty of water, and avoid any further irritation.

I've been diagnosed with a chocolate cyst in my left ovary and I'm not sure what surgery to go for should I just get the cyst removed or opt for a hysterectomy too? I'm worried about how this might affect me long-term and what the best option would be for my health
Cyst removal alone is usually sufficient for chocolate cysts. Hysterectomy is rarely necessary unless there are multiple complications or future fertility is not a concern.
