I'm really worried because I'm having diarrhea after eating papaya on an empty stomach, and my stomach cramps are really bad. I took ornof, but it only seems to provide temporary relief. As soon as it wears off, the cramping and diarrhea come back. I have a history of IBS, so I'm really concerned. Could this be a reaction to the papaya, or something related to my IBS? What should I do next?

Haitus hernia can be managed by lifestyle modifications and also by medications. They include eat small meals, more frequent meals than larger meals. Also avoid spicy, fatty, fried foods.Weight reduction, alcohol cessation and elevation of the head end of bed about 8 inches. Found a gallstone about 1.1 cm and my doctor recommends surgery. Can I try natural remedies to flush it out instead? What could happen if I don't get the surgery?
1.1 cm gallstones rarely flush out naturally. If symptomatic, surgery is recommended. Delay can lead to complications like pancreatitis.

My liver is enlarged with normal shape but shows increased echogenicity and fatty changes on the report, along with very high liver enzymes. My gallbladder looks normal in size and shape but has fat deposits in the wall, which the report calls cholesterosis. I've been dealing with severe indigestion, heartburn, constant burping, excess gas, and constipation. Do I need gallbladder surgery for this
