I'm really worried because I've been dealing with this piles issue for the past couple of days. The pain is getting unbearable, and I've heard that Meftal Spas 250 mg might help with the pain relief. Is that a good option, or should I consider something else? Can you advise on any other treatments or pain relief methods that might work for piles?

I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with piles. Meftal Spas 250 mg can help alleviate pain and discomfort, as it contains an analgesic and antispasmodic. However, it's best to consult with your doctor for a personalized treatment plan and to ensure it's the right option for your condition.

View allI've been experiencing some sharp pain that starts at my belly button and shoots down towards my legs, especially after I clean or put pressure on my belly button. It's so severe that I often need to take the day off to rest. The pain seems to stretch from my navel down to my inner legs and even to my feet. Any idea what might be causing this? It's really starting to worry me.
The sharp pain from your belly button radiating to both legs, triggered by cleaning, pressing, or applying pressure, may indicate an umbilical hernia, umbilical cord granuloma, or omphalitis (navel infection); however, another possible cause is an ilioinguinal nerve entrapment or irritation, which can cause pain in the lower abdomen, groin, and inner thighs; consult a general surgeon or a primary care physician for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.

I'm experiencing some itching and a sensation of something pinching in my anus, but I can't see anything there. It mostly happens when I'm sitting or if I'm walking quickly. What could be causing this?
Your symptoms suggest anal itching (pruritus ani) or rectal pain, possibly due to hemorrhoids, anal fissures, or levator ani syndrome, exacerbated by pressure from sitting or walking; consult a gastroenterologist or proctologist for a proper evaluation and treatment.
