I'm really worried because I've been dealing with this piles issue for the past couple of days. The pain is getting unbearable, and I've heard that Meftal Spas 250 mg might help with the pain relief. Is that a good option, or should I consider something else? Can you advise on any other treatments or pain relief methods that might work for piles?

I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with piles. Meftal Spas 250 mg can help alleviate pain and discomfort, as it contains an analgesic and antispasmodic. However, it's best to consult with your doctor for a personalized treatment plan and to ensure it's the right option for your condition.

I've been dealing with this really annoying itching around my anus for about a month now. I tried taking Zentel, but it hasn't helped at all. What could be causing this, and is there something else I should be trying for relief?
Itching around the anus could be due to multiple causes, including infections, hemorrhoids, or skin irritation. Since Zentel hasnt helped, its unlikely to be worms. Keep the area clean and dry, use an anti-itch cream like hydrocortisone, and consider consulting a doctor for further evaluation.

I've been having this pain that starts in my right waist and goes through to my abdomen. It starts off in the evening and keeps getting worse as the night goes on, becoming really severe until I take some medicine like Nicip P to help. I'm not sure which specialist I should reach out to for this. Any ideas?
