I'm really worried because I've been dealing with pudendal neuralgia symptoms for the past four years, and recently after getting my wisdom teeth removed on the right side, my lingual nerve seems irritated. I have this burning feeling and some numbness on the right side of my tongue. Is there any effective treatment for this? I've also noticed that taking methylcobalamin makes my pudendal nerve issues worse. Do you have any advice or suggestions?

I'm starting to feel concerned about my health because I've been experiencing a heavy tongue and slurred speech sometimes. I've already checked for any kind of stroke, and thankfully, that came back negative. I've been feeling quite distraught and restless occasionally. I used to be diagnosed with sleep apnea, but I've been using a CPAP machine, and my sleep has improved quite a lot since then. Despite that, I sometimes notice muscle weakness in my thighs and calves, and I also have lower back pain. An MRI showed that I have a bulging disc that's pressing on my nerves. I'm really perplexed about the heavy tongue and would love some insights on why that might be happening.

I'm experiencing dizziness for the past 4 weeks. My ENT doctor prescribed STABLANZ PV and VERTIGON tablets, which help a lot when I take them. But when I stop, the dizziness and spinning in my head come right back. Does this sound like vertigo to you, or could it be something else? Also, any advice on how to get rid of this dizziness, or if there's anyone else I should consult?
