I'm really worried because I've been dealing with vomiting for the last 8 months and my SGPT levels have gone up to 89 units. Can you help me understand what's causing the SGPT increase and what I should do to feel better?

HIV Testing and Window Period
Testing Timeline
- 2 weeks: HIV ELISA test
- 3, 5, and 8 months: HIV 1&2 test
- 2 years: HIV 1&2 Tridot test
All Tests Negative
- Highly unlikely to be HIV-positive: With multiple negative tests over a 2-year period, it's highly unlikely that you're HIV-positive.
- Window period cleared: The window period (time between exposure and accurate test results) has been cleared with multiple tests over 2 years.
No Further Testing Required
- Confirmatory testing complete: Your testing regimen has been comprehensive, and further testing is unlikely to yield a different result.
- Focus on preventive measures: Instead, focus on maintaining safe sexual practices and regular health check-ups.
Consult a Healthcare Professional
- Verify test results: Confirm your test results with a healthcare professional to ensure accuracy.
- Discuss preventive measures: Consult with a healthcare professional to discuss preventive measures and maintain overall health.

View allI'm wondering if it's okay to give ofloxacin oz for treating piles. The person I'm asking about is already on medication for hypertension. Can you advise me on this?
Using Ofloxacin OZ for Piles (Hemorrhoids)_ 1. _Not the first line of treatment_: Ofloxacin OZ is not typically used to treat piles. Hemorrhoids are usually managed with lifestyle changes, dietary modifications, and topical treatments. 2. _Potential risks_: Using antibiotics like Ofloxacin OZ for piles may lead to unnecessary antibiotic exposure, increasing the risk of antibiotic resistance and side effects. _Interactions with Hypertension Medication_ 1. _Potential interactions_: Ofloxacin OZ may interact with certain hypertension medications, such as beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, or diuretics. 2. _Monitor blood pressure and adjust medication_: If Ofloxacin OZ is prescribed, your doctor should monitor your blood pressure and adjust your hypertension medication as needed.

Does a pH metry test confirm if I actually have acid reflux? Also, between TIF, Linx, and Nissen fundoplication, which surgery option is the most sustainable long-term?

I'm having this really sharp, constant pain in my upper left abdomen and it's getting worse when I cough or sneeze. Even small movements sometimes set it off. About three weeks ago, I had a bad cough with congestion, fever, headache, and body pain, and I was on antibiotics and other meds for ten days. Now the fever and headaches are gone, but Im still dealing with a mild wet cough. This abdominal pain is really worrying me because it seems to be increasing every day. Ive attached my USG and X-ray reports too. Do you think this could be related to my past illness, or is it something else?
