I'm really worried because I've been having a high fever between 102 and 104. I've been taking Dolo 650 three times a day to bring it down, but the fever keeps coming back with a lot of shivering. I delivered about six weeks ago and had an episiotomy, and I'm still dealing with a lot of stitches pain. Is taking Dolo 650 six times in two days too much? I'm also having a lot of lower back pain, back pain, headache, and neck nerve pain. Can you help me understand what's going on?

Seems like you are experiencing postpartum fever and pain after episiotomy. The fever may be due to an infection related to the delivery. I recommend you to consult your doctor for a proper evaluation and treatment. In the meantime, you can continue taking Dolo 650 for fever, but do not exceed the recommended dosage. Additionally, you can take Ibuprofen 400mg every 6-8 hours for pain relief. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.
