I'm really worried because I've been having a high fever between 102 and 104. I've been taking Dolo 650 three times a day to bring it down, but the fever keeps coming back with a lot of shivering. I delivered about six weeks ago and had an episiotomy, and I'm still dealing with a lot of stitches pain. Is taking Dolo 650 six times in two days too much? I'm also having a lot of lower back pain, back pain, headache, and neck nerve pain. Can you help me understand what's going on?

I'm dealing with some pretty annoying burning and itching down there and it's been bothering me a lot. I think it might be because I had an allergic reaction to some vaginal creams I used before.
