I'm really worried because I've been having a high fever between 102 and 104. I've been taking Dolo 650 three times a day to bring it down, but the fever keeps coming back with a lot of shivering. I delivered about six weeks ago and had an episiotomy, and I'm still dealing with a lot of stitches pain. Is taking Dolo 650 six times in two days too much? I'm also having a lot of lower back pain, back pain, headache, and neck nerve pain. Can you help me understand what's going on?

Ive had two abortions in the past and recently had a miscarriage in the fifth week of pregnancy. Im really worried because my rubella igg, cmv igg, and herpes igg levels aren't normal, although rubella igm, herpes igm, and cmv igm are fine. Can you explain what the difference is between igg and igm, and does having abnormal igg values mean I might never be able to get pregnant again?
