I'm really worried because I've been noticing these white spots on my feet that keep spreading. It's been over a month now, and even though my doctor prescribed this ointment called Halonexts, I'm not seeing any improvement. My skin is peeling, and the white patches are just getting worse. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I've been noticing some pigmentation on my face and it's really affecting my skin's glow. I'm wondering if I can use Xerina cream to help with the tanning issue. Has anyone else had a similar experience or could you offer some advice on whether it's safe and effective to use this cream for my situation?

You can use it but further evaluation is required to rule out cause of pigmentation, visit your Dermatologist for appropriate treatment and take well balanced diet and stay hydrated.

I'm really struggling with a lot of pimples on my face recently and it's quite frustrating. I've been using acnelak facewash and acnesol cream, but they don't seem to be making any difference. My skin is pretty oily, and I'm not sure what else to try. Could you recommend any medicine or cream that might work for me?

It seems like your current treatment is not effective for your oily skin. I recommend trying a combination of benzoyl peroxide and adapalene gel. You can use Benzac AC gel (2.5%) in the morning and Differin gel (0.1%) at night. Make sure to apply a thin layer on the affected areas after washing your face. Remember to use a gentle cleanser suitable for oily skin and apply a non-comedogenic moisturizer to prevent dryness.

There's a lump on my left buttock, and this is the ninth time it's happened in the same spot. I visited a gynecologist, and she mentioned it might be an abscess. Could you help me understand what might be causing this to keep coming back? Is there anything I should be worried about, or does this require a particular treatment or lifestyle change to prevent it in the future?

See a specialist for accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment.
