I'm really worried because I've developed these red rash patches all over my legs and arms, and I can't stop itching my crotch area. It's really uncomfortable. Could you suggest a good medicine or treatment for jock itch?

For jock itch with red rash patches and itching in the crotch area, consider over-the-counter (OTC) medications like Clotrimazole (Lotrimin), Miconazole (Micatin), or Terbinafine (Lamisil)

View allI've noticed that the skin inside my mouth is peeling off in layers, but I dont feel any pain when it happens. It's kind of concerning, and I'm not sure what's causing it. Can anyone help me understand why this might be happening?
The peeling of skin inside your mouth, also known as oral mucosal desquamation, can be caused by various factors, including vitamin deficiencies (B12, iron, or zinc), oral lichen planus, mucositis, or irritation from dental work, mouthwashes, or certain foods; given the absence of pain, it's likely a benign condition, but consulting a dentist or oral pathologist for a thorough examination and guidance is recommended to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.

I've been struggling with hair fall for about 8 years now, and I've lost most of the hair on the top of my headit's mostly just the sides left. I've just started taking keraglo men tablets and evion capsules, and I'm using Dabur Amla oil for scalp massages. Do you think this will actually help my hair grow back? I'm really worried and just want to know if I'm on the right track or if there's something else I should be doing.
yes continue all the medications..

I've had these white spots for about 6 years now. Some people have mentioned it might be vitiligo. Is there any way to cure it? The patches are mostly between my inner thighs and around my mouth. Can you help me understand what this could be?
