I got a small cut on my left hand from the corner of my belt's buckle, which is made of steel. It was bleeding a little bit and the cut isnt very deep. The last time I had a tetanus shot was in August 2019, then before that in February 2019, and before that one in August 2018. I havent had any cuts needing a tetanus shot since then.
