  5. I'm really worried because I've had a high fever with shivering for two days now. The fever keeps coming and going, but my feet are extremely cold. I've taken dolo 650 and norflox, but now I'm feeling nauseous since this morning. All I've eaten is some bread and milk. On top of that, I'm dealing with a cold and really bad body pain. What should I do?

You may be experiencing a viral infection. To help with your symptoms, I recommend taking Tab. Paracetamol 500mg for fever and body pain. You can take one tablet every 6 hours as needed. Additionally, for nausea, you can take Tab. Ondansetron 4mg. It can be taken twice a day to help with nausea. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention.
