I've taken dolo 650 and norflox, but now I'm feeling nauseous since this morning. All I've eaten is some bread and milk. On top of that, I'm dealing with a cold and really bad body pain. What should I do?

You may be experiencing a viral infection. To help with your symptoms, I recommend taking Tab. Paracetamol 500mg for fever and body pain. You can take one tablet every 6 hours as needed. Additionally, for nausea, you can take Tab. Ondansetron 4mg. It can be taken twice a day to help with nausea. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention.
