I've been having slight chest pain on both sides for about a month, along with flank pain, and now abdominal pain on both sides for 56 days. My ultrasound showed acalculous cholecystitis, pancreatitis, and a 3mm kidney stone on the right side. Endoscopy revealed gastritis too. Is there any way to treat cholecystitis without stones? I really don't want to go through surgery.

I'm experiencing a lot of pain when I'm sitting, and my recent MRI showed my liver is enlarged to 22.3 with 52% fat. The pain has moved to the top of my ribs on the right side. I also got an X-ray, and Ive attached the image here. I don't feel much pain when I'm sleeping, standing, or walking, but sitting is really tough. Plus, I've noticed that the left side of my stomach feels kind of loose, while the right side is pretty tight. What could be going on?
