I'm really worried because my doctor said I have stage 3 lung cancer, but they didn't explain if it's 3A, 3B, or 3C. I have the PET scan and biopsy reports, which mention Moderately Differentiated Adenocarcinoma. Could you help me understand what this all means?

my dad was diagnosed with stage 3 stomach cancer but he's feeling okay right now. what are the treatment options at this stage - can he still have surgery or is chemotherapy the main route? also how good are the survival chances if he's currently doing well?
yes,both surgery and chemotherapy are advised.Survival rate is around 5-10 percent depending on the site and location of the cancer.
