I'm really worried because my hemoglobin levels are quite low, around 7.6, and I'm currently 4 months pregnant. I'm looking for advice on how I can boost my iron levels during pregnancy. Can you suggest any dietary plans or tips on improving this situation?

Ilvitrim Suspension Appearance
Normal Appearance: Ilvitrim suspension is typically a homogeneous, off-white to pale yellow liquid with a uniform consistency.
Gooey Substance Concerns:
- Contamination: The gooey substance might indicate contamination or microbial growth.
- Manufacturing issue: It's possible that the suspension didn't mix properly during manufacturing.
Action
- Do not use: Avoid administering the suspension to your child.
- Return to pharmacy: Take the bottle back to the pharmacy and inform them about the issue.
- Get a replacement: Request a replacement bottle or a different medication, if necessary.

View allI've been dealing with this horrible pain for a couple of hours now, it's in my lower abdomen on the side away from my appendix. It's really strange because when I'm lying down, it doesn't bother me, but walking is super painful and sitting up is just unbearable. What could be causing this?
It sounds like you may be experiencing an issue with your ovary, bowel, or urinary tract, possibly an ovarian cyst, infection, or even diverticulitis. Please see a doctor immediately for evaluation, as this pain requires urgent attention. Rest and avoid straining in the meantime.

I have a 65mm complex cyst in my right adnexa that seems to be ovarian in origin. My doctor recommended surgery but I'm not sure if it's really necessary. Are there any risks if I go ahead with the procedure? What could happen if I don't get it removed?
excision of the cyst is advised.
