I'm really worried because my hemoglobin levels are quite low, around 7.6, and I'm currently 4 months pregnant. I'm looking for advice on how I can boost my iron levels during pregnancy. Can you suggest any dietary plans or tips on improving this situation?

Ilvitrim Suspension Appearance

Normal Appearance: Ilvitrim suspension is typically a homogeneous, off-white to pale yellow liquid with a uniform consistency.

Gooey Substance Concerns:

  1. Contamination: The gooey substance might indicate contamination or microbial growth.
  2. Manufacturing issue: It's possible that the suspension didn't mix properly during manufacturing.

Action

  1. Do not use: Avoid administering the suspension to your child.
  2. Return to pharmacy: Take the bottle back to the pharmacy and inform them about the issue.
  3. Get a replacement: Request a replacement bottle or a different medication, if necessary.

Hey, I'm wondering if it's safe for me to take Orofer XT tonic for women. I've got low ferritin levels, but my hemoglobin is at 12. I came across a review that mentioned it could cause prolonged periods, and that kind of freaked me out. I don't have any symptoms at the moment. Can you help me figure out if it's okay for me to take it?

I'm wondering about a follicle size that's 30x30mm with a small amount of free fluid on the 16th day does that mean it's a follicle or could it be a cyst? I've been on CCQ medication, and my periods have always been regular, so I haven't had PCOD or cyst issues before. Has anyone had a similar experience and conceived successfully with these numbers?

-A 30x30mm follicle size on day 16 is quite large, but it could still be a mature follicle ready to ovulate, especially with minimal free fluid. It's unlikely to be a cyst unless it's irregular in shape or causing symptoms. Since you're on CCQ medication
