I'm really worried because over the past few days, I've been going through some serious shortness of breath, especially in the evenings. There's also this discomfort when I'm breathing, and I hear this sound coming from my chest that feels like congestion. Can you help me understand what's going on and if I should be taking any medication for it?

View allI'm having trouble breathing properly, especially taking deep breaths. I've been using doxophylline 650mg sr, but I feel pain in the right side of my chest when I breathe. Sometimes I even have to hold my chest just to manage it. I've tried anxiety meds and something for a chest infection, but I'm still worried. Do you have any idea what could be going on?

I'm really worried because I've just started taking Forecox tablets to treat TB, and I also have diabetes. I began the medication on February 25, 2021. How long will it take to see improvement, and is there anything special I should be doing because of my diabetes? I'm trying to stay informed and get everything right.

I recently had a CT scan, and the results mentioned something about pleural tags. I'm a bit concerned and wondering if this is something serious. Should I be looking into more tests or follow-up investigations? Would love to get some advice on what to do next.
