I'm really worried because there's minimal free fluid in my pelvis, and I've been having severe stomach pain. I was admitted to a nearby hospital, and the MD observed me, but my condition hasn't improved. Can anyone suggest what the underlying issue might be, or if there's a specific direction we should explore for better treatment?

Hydrocele can be uncomfortable. Since you're not experiencing pain, you can try the following non-surgical methods to reduce the size:
- Elevation: Elevate your scrotum while sitting or lying down to reduce swelling.
- Supportive underwear: Wear supportive, loose-fitting underwear to reduce pressure.
- Exercise: Regular exercise, like cycling or swimming, can help improve circulation and reduce swelling.
- Dietary changes: Increase your intake of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to improve overall health.
If these methods don't help, consider consulting a urologist for surgical options, such as hydrocelectomy.

I've been using Primolut N to push back my period a bit, but I'm having this light blood-like discharge. My periods aren't normal right now. Should I keep taking it? My doc told me to take two pills a day but seemed unsure since I started them a bit late. Can anyone give me a clear idea of what I should do next, maybe with a solution?

I'm curious about what's considered normal nuchal thickness for a 20-week-old fetus. I've heard that 6mm might not be normalis that true?
