I'm really worried as my 2-month-old baby has a completely blocked nose because of the weather. Can I use Otrivin paediatric nasal drops for her? Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

I'm a bit confused and worried about my baby's vaccination schedule. My little one is 10 months old and we got the MMR vaccine done last month. Now, with the government announcing another round of MMR vaccinations, should I take her for this one too? Is it necessary or are we covered with the one we've already done?

I'm really worried about this high fever that's been going onit's been reaching 103 to 104 degrees since Friday night, and there's been vomiting three times. Whenever I give medicine, the temperature drops to 101.3 but then spikes back up when it's time for the next dose. What should I do? Is there something else I can try to bring the fever down?
