I'm really worried as my 2-month-old baby has a completely blocked nose because of the weather. Can I use Otrivin paediatric nasal drops for her? Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

View allMy 10-year-old daughter had a fever, which thankfully went away after she took cefprozil, Alex PBifilac, and Pritexylls junior. However, she's still dealing with a really annoying dry cough, especially at night, which is making it hard for her to sleep well. We started giving her Kasnajiva and SeptilinhIMALAYA yesterday, but the cough hasn't improved much. Do you have any suggestions on what we should do next or if there's something else we could try? I'm really worried about her lack of sleep.
Continue same treatment for 5 days is advised to the patient.

when is the best time to get surgery for a tongue tie issue in babies does this condition commonly happen at birth can you explain more about tongue tie problems
The ideal time for tongue tie surgery, or frenotomy, in babies is generally recommended within the first few months, often during the first month of life. While some healthcare providers may prefer a "wait-and-see" approach, especially if the tongue tie is mild, early intervention can be beneficial for some babies, particularly if they are experiencing breastfeeding difficulties

My 2-month-old baby has two tiny skin tags on his left ear, each about the size of a pinhead. Can homeopathy help with this, or is surgery the only option? I'm a bit concerned about what's best for his little ear.
