I was changing a lightbulb and it shattered while I was standing underneath. Now I'm worried I might have breathed in or swallowed a tiny piece of glass. I don't feel any pain or discomfort yet, but I do have a bit of a cough. I'm pretty sure that's just from getting over a cold, though. What should I do?

If you suspect that you may have swallowed or inhaled a piece of glass, it is important to seek medical attention promptly. To help protect your throat and stomach, you can take Sucralfate (Carafate) 1g tablet to form a protective barrier over the injured area. It is important to monitor for any signs of pain, difficulty swallowing, vomiting blood, or breathing difficulties, and seek immediate medical help if any of these symptoms occur.

I've recently started trying MDMA after a friend introduced me to it, and while the experience was pretty amazing, I'm dealing with some concerning side effects now. I did two IV injections of 10mg eachone around 10:30 PM and another at 4:30 AM. I tried to stay hydrated, but now the right side of my lower lip is super swollen, and there's this burning feeling on the tip of my tongue with some white patches that seem like dehydration marks. It took me a couple of hours to get home, and once I did, I brushed my teeth, cleaned my tongue, and used Betadine and Listerine mouthwash. I also took Allegra 180, a small ORS Tetra Pack, a B Complex Capsule, and an anti-inflammatory, plus I chewed on some Vitamin C throughout the day. That helped a bit, but the swelling isn't getting better. What should I do about this?

You seems to have suffered from allergic reactions to the drug which you have used. You should stop using that drug in the future because you may develop life threatening allergic reactions. You should consult doctor at the earliest
