I'm seeing this hickey-like mark on my leg, and I'm a bit worried. It doesn't itch or feel raised, but it just kind of appears and disappears on its own. Could this be a sign of something else going on?

I've been having this burning pain in my left armpit for the past two weeks. I got an ultrasound of my breast, and it showed enlarged lymph nodes in both armpits and a cyst in one breast. But the doctor said that couldn't be the cause of the burning. I'm really curious why there's still this burning sensation. I did notice some redness and irritation in the same armpit about three weeks ago after using some perfume, but that seems to have gotten better. There's no burning in my right armpit. Are there any ideas on what could be causing this since I don't see any visible patch?

This could be due to irritation from the previous reaction to perfume or other underlying causes. I recommend taking an over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen to help with the pain and inflammation. Additionally, applying a topical pain relief cream containing lidocaine may provide some relief. If the pain persists, you may need a prescription for a medication like gabapentin to help with nerve pain. Make sure to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management.
