I'm seven months out from major surgery but still feel weak and exhausted some days it's a struggle just to get out of bed. Is this normal or should I be worried about my recovery taking this long?

I've been really worried because I lost my sense of smell around October 14th or 15th. I got tested on the 16th and my ct value came back as 27. I've been isolating since the 15th, and I haven't had any other symptoms. My oxygen, pulse, and temperature have all been normal, and thankfully my sense of smell has returned. I'm just wondering, when is it safe for me to come out of isolation?

I've been feeling really tired for weeks and have been sleeping like 12 hours or more sometimes. I thought it might just be a winter bug going around, but today I got really sick and cant even keep water down. Then this dry cough showed up and I've noticed dark hairs, some long and some short, with different thicknesses.
