I'm in a situation where I have a retained product and I'm wondering if it's okay to just wait for it to pass naturally. I haven't had any cramps, fever, or bad-smelling discharge, only some light brown bleeding. Should I consider a surgical method instead, or is it safe to let it resolve on its own?

What retained products are you taking about?? Retained placental bits or abortion.. It has to be removed, some times they get expelled but if not it causes sepsis and shock like condition..

I'm really confused because I've missed my period for two months now and I'm experiencing this black and brown discharge. I'm sexually active, but I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant since I haven't had any vomiting. What's going on here? Could I still be pregnant?

I have a 4.9 cm ovarian cyst on my left ovary and attached my scan report. Could you check and let me know if surgery is necessary or if it can be treated with medication? Also, is there a chance it might go away on its own with lifestyle changes?

Functional ovarian cysts usually go away without treatment. If your cyst is likely functional, your provider may suggest a wait-and-see approach. You may have a follow-up ultrasound within a few weeks or months after your diagnosis to see if your cyst is getting larger, smaller or changing in any other way.

I'm really worried about my cousin's situation because her amniotic fluid levels have been decreasing again. She had it at 4.6 cm at 32 weeks, then after taking the L-arginine sachets three times a day, it went up to 8.6 cm by 34 weeks. But now it's down to 4 cm again at 36 weeks. The baby's growth and blood supply looked normal in the Doppler scan. The doctor said to have another scan in 4 days. Why might the fluid be going down again, and does this mean she'll still be able to have a normal delivery?
