I'm someone who usually takes Dolo 650 when I'm feeling feverish or have a headache. But I recently heard that it's banned in India. Is it harmful? What are the alternative medications I can take for this?

Dolo 650mg is not banned in India. You can consider taking Crocin 650 mg. It contains paracetamol which is effective for reducing fever and relieving headache. The usual dosage for adults is 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, with a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours.

View allI'm feeling this uncomfortable pain right under my right breast, kind of like a bruise, especially when I press on it. It's right on the rib below my breast. There's no lump or swelling, but it's just been bothering me a bit. I haven't had any injuries or anything that might explain why it's hurting. Do you have any idea what might be going on?
The pain under your right breast, feeling like a bruise, could be related to costochondritis (inflammation of the cartilage connecting the ribs to the breastbone), intercostal muscle strain, or even gastrointestinal issues like gallbladder disease or acid reflux, so it's best to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.

I've been taking Practin 4mg and now I feel like I'm sleeping all day. Is this going to make me weak or damage my health?
Taking Practic (4mg) might make you feel sleepy and cause you to sleep for extended periods, but short-term use is unlikely to cause significant weakness or health issues. However, prolonged use or disrupted sleep patterns can lead to fatigue, so its important to manage how and when you use it

I recently found out that I have a deficiency in vitamin B12 and vitamin D. I'm really curious and a bit worried about what might be causing this. Are there specific reasons why these deficiencies could happen? Also, what are the best options or medicines available to treat a B12 deficiency? Would love some guidance.
