I'm someone who usually takes Dolo 650 when I'm feeling feverish or have a headache. But I recently heard that it's banned in India. Is it harmful? What are the alternative medications I can take for this?

Dolo 650mg is not banned in India. You can consider taking Crocin 650 mg. It contains paracetamol which is effective for reducing fever and relieving headache. The usual dosage for adults is 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, with a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours.

View allI'm a bit concerned because for the past few days, I've been experiencing a mild fever only in the evenings, along with a heavy feeling in my head and some mild leg pain. I also start feeling cold from evening till morning, but it's weird because there aren't any chills. Could this be related to a change in the weather, or is it something else I should be worried about? Would love to get your thoughts on this.
Your symptoms of mild evening fever, headache, leg pain, and feeling cold without chills could be due to various reasons, including viral infections like influenza or dengue, seasonal flu, or climate change-related allergies, but it's essential to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation,

Is it healthy to sleep naked?
Although it is not scientifically proven, sleeping naked may help you to fall asleep faster and also helps in having better quality of sleep. Good quality of sleep inturn keeps skin healthy, reduces stress. Tight fitting or sweaty underwear can increase vaginal fungal infections which may be avoided by sleeping naked.
