I'm spitting up a little blood when I clear my throat in the mornings. It happens about once a month, and it's not a lot of blood. I dont see any cuts or injuries in my mouth, but my nose is usually pretty congested. Also, my phlegm is kind of yellowish to green. What could this mean? Should I be worried?

Can I still hit the gym with a deviated septum or should I wait until after my laser surgery this year I'm worried it might make breathing harder during workouts
It's generally recommended to wait until after your deviated septum surgery to resume strenuous exercise, like hitting the gym, to allow for proper healing and minimize the risk of complications like bleeding. The severity of the deviation and the type of surgery will influence the recovery timeline, but it's usually best to avoid vigorous activity for at least a few weeks
