I'm a sports person and a bodybuilder, and I've been dealing with puffy nipples for the past couple of years. It's making me really self-conscious, especially when wearing t-shirts. I'm worried it might be gynecomastia. I'm curious about what treatments are available. Are there any medications to help reduce this in men, or would surgery be necessary? Also, if surgery is needed, what might the cost be? I'm really hoping for some guidance here.

Is it possible to get surgery to make my feet smaller because they're really big and it's causing me discomfort or making it hard to find shoes that fit right
Foot size reduction surgery is available, but it’s a complex and uncommon procedure, typically performed for medical reasons (like pain or deformity). Consider all non-surgical options first, including shoe inserts or orthotics.
