I'm a sports person and a bodybuilder, and I've been dealing with puffy nipples for the past couple of years. It's making me really self-conscious, especially when wearing t-shirts. I'm worried it might be gynecomastia. I'm curious about what treatments are available. Are there any medications to help reduce this in men, or would surgery be necessary? Also, if surgery is needed, what might the cost be? I'm really hoping for some guidance here.

View allI'm 23 years old and pretty slim, and I'm wondering if there's a way to naturally increase my breast size without surgery. Are there any specific exercises, natural techniques, or changes in my diet that could help?
While significant breast growth after 23 is unlikely, some natural methods may help enhance breast appearance or slightly increase size; try push-ups, chest presses, and breast-enhancing yoga poses (e.g., Cobra, Cat-Cow) to tone underlying muscles; also, consider incorporating estrogen-boosting foods like soybeans, flaxseeds, and sesame seeds into your diet

I have deep burn scars on the back of my right knee and I'm wondering if plastic surgery could help remove them. How effective is it for this kind of scarring and what should I expect from the procedure?
Plastic surgery can be effective in improving the appearance and functionality of deep burn scars, although it won't fully remove them. It can reduce the size, depth, and prominence of scars, and help restore functionality if the scar is constricting movement. The specific procedures used will depend on the location, size, and depth of the scars, as well as the patient's individual goals
