I'm starting on HCQ 200mg every night for my knee joint pain, and I just wanted to know if there are any serious side effects I should be worried about. Can you tell me what to watch out for with this medication?

I've been having this sharp pain on the upper left side of my chest, and it tends to get worse when I move around, like when I stand up or go for a walk. Sometimes, I even feel it between my chest. Could this be costochondritis, and if it is, what kind of medicine would help? I'm just worried if everything's alright.

Tab aceclofenac 100mg ,orally ,twice daily ,tab pan d orally, once daily and volini gel for 7 days is advised to the patient.

My mom has osteoarthritis which runs in our family We saw two doctors with different opinions one suggested medications like Nyros Max and Sazo 500 to manage pain and strengthen cartilage while the other recommended a Synvisc injection for temporary relief and mentioned knee replacement surgery might be needed later I'm confused about which treatment path to follow for her condition

I recommend starting with physiotherapy and painkillers to manage your condition. If there's no significant improvement after a reasonable period, we can then consider surgical options.

I'm having this pain in my mid-chest, but it only happens with certain movements. I've talked to a bunch of doctors about it, even had some tests like an ECHO done, but everything seems normal. They mentioned it might be muscular pain or something called costochondritis. How long does something like this usually take to feel better? I'm really scared to even pick up my kid right now. Everyone has just suggested using Volini gel. Do you have any home remedies in mind that might help with this?

You can use Tab,Flexon when you are in severe pain if its becoming worse visit Physician for appropiate management
