I'm struggling with dark and oily skin on my face and I really want to lighten it up. Can you recommend a cream that can help with melanin removal? I'm quite worried and looking for something that genuinely works.

I'm dealing with a really uncomfortable situation where I've got this infection in my pubic area and nearby thighs. It's turned the skin black and the itching is seriously bad. Do you think it could be some kind of fungal infection or is it something else? I'm pretty concerned and would love some advice.

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
