I'm struggling with my moustache not growing in the middle, and it's been this way since I started noticing facial hair. My beard also isn't as dense as I'd like. Interestingly, my dad has a really full moustache. Could there be a genetic reason or something else at play here? What can I do to encourage more growth?

I've been dealing with really rough and dry skin on one of my fingers for the past two years. It almost looks like cracked drought land when I look closely. Sometimes it gets itchy too. What could be causing this, and what can I do about it?
You may be experiencing a condition called eczema. I recommend using a moisturizing cream containing 1% hydrocortisone to help with the dryness and itching. You can apply it to the affected area twice a day for up to 2 weeks. Additionally, you can use a gentle cleanser and avoid harsh soaps to prevent further irritation. If the symptoms persist, it is best to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
