I'm struggling with pimples for the past three months, and I'm currently using Cleargel, but it's not working for me. Could you please recommend the best solution for dealing with both acne and blackheads?

I've been struggling with a lot of pimples and my skin is super oily. I'm currently using Sopex soap and Clinred as my night cream. Is this actually helpful for my skin problems, or do you think I should consider trying something else?

See a specialist for accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment.

I'm dealing with an infection in my inner thighs near my penis, and I'm pretty sure it's fungal because the itching is really intense. I've been using itchguard for the past few days but the itch is still really bad. I'm worried and not sure what else to do. Could you suggest something to help with this constant itching?

You may have a fungal infection in the groin area. In addition to using Itchguard cream, I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream twice daily on the affected area for 2 weeks. Keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting clothes, and avoid scratching to prevent further irritation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.

I'm dealing with a pretty bad itching all over my body, and it's bothering me quite a bit. A few years ago, I experienced something similar, and it turned out to be scabies. Could this be the same issue again, or is it something else? What should I do about it?

That could be Fungal infection, maintain personal hygiene and visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate treatment.
