I'm struggling with a runny nose and cold every morning, and it feels like some sort of allergy because it happens every day. Is there something I can do or any treatment I should consider to help with this constant cold and cough problem?

I'm not a medical professional, but I can provide some general guidance.
It's essential to consult a doctor or a urologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
Possible causes of pain and bleeding in the foreskin and vaginal area include:
- Inadequate lubrication
- Skin irritation or allergic reactions
- Infections (e.g., yeast, bacterial, or STIs)
- Anatomical issues (e.g., tight foreskin, vaginal stenosis)
In the meantime:
- Practice gentle and slow penetration
- Use lubricants to reduce friction
- Avoid forceful or aggressive sex
- Maintain good genital hygiene
Schedule a doctor's appointment to address these issues and ensure a healthy and enjoyable sex life.

I'm dealing with allergic rhinitis and my doctor switched me to Allegra 180 instead of Montair LC. I've been taking Allegra 180 but it's not really helping much. Could I go back to taking Montair LC since it worked well for me before?
Yes You can use any of them but montek lc causes more sedation over allegra.

I'm curious why I start sneezing whenever I have lemon water in the morning. Could there be a specific reason for this reaction? I'd love some insight into what's going on.
That could be due to allergy, identify the triggering factor and avoid it, maintain healthy lifestyle.
