You can try using a topical retinoid cream such as Retin-A. Apply a pea-sized amount to the affected areas at night. This can help improve skin texture and promote collagen production to fill in the indentations over time. To get rid of whiteheads on the nose, you can try using products containing salicylic acid. A good option is Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash, which contains salicylic acid to help unclog pores and reduce whiteheads. Use it as a face wash once or twice daily. Additionally, you can make a homemade face mask using honey and cinnamon. Mix one tablespoon of honey with half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and apply it to your face. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off with warm water. Honey has antibacterial properties, while cinnamon can help improve blood circulation to the skin. I've got multiple lipomas in my hands and legs and need surgery to remove them. Did some research and feel ready, but a surgeon at a big hospital quoted 2.5k per lipoma. Wondering if there are better options out there maybe a dermatologist could do it for less? What's the usual cost for this?
