I'm struggling with these holes from past pimples on my face, and they just won't seem to go away. I've also got these whiteheads on my nose that are really stubborn. I'm really curious if there are any home remedies you could recommend to help with these issues. Would love to hear what you think!

You can try using a topical retinoid cream such as Retin-A. Apply a pea-sized amount to the affected areas at night. This can help improve skin texture and promote collagen production to fill in the indentations over time. To get rid of whiteheads on the nose, you can try using products containing salicylic acid. A good option is Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash, which contains salicylic acid to help unclog pores and reduce whiteheads. Use it as a face wash once or twice daily. Additionally, you can make a homemade face mask using honey and cinnamon. Mix one tablespoon of honey with half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and apply it to your face. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off with warm water. Honey has antibacterial properties, while cinnamon can help improve blood circulation to the skin. Remember to patch test any new products or ingredients on a small area of skin to check for any adverse reactions before applying them to larger areas of the face.

I'm having some itching near my private area and I used Ring Guard skin cream which helped, but the itching came back. I'm wondering what could be causing this and what I can do to stop it for good. Is there something else I should be using or trying? Its really uncomfortable and Im worried about whats happening down there. Any advice?

The recurring itching near your private area may indicate an underlying fungal or bacterial infection; consider consulting a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment, and in the meantime, maintain good hygiene, wear breathable clothing, and avoid scratching the area to prevent further irritation

I've just gotten over a bout of chickenpox and it seems like I'm all cured now after about 15 days. I'm wondering how long I should wait before it's safe to have sex with my wife. What do you think?

yes you can do because Chickenpox is contagious for one to two days before the appearance of the rash and until the blisters have dried and become scabs.

I've got multiple lipomas in my hands and legs and need surgery to remove them. Did some research and feel ready, but a surgeon at a big hospital quoted 2.5k per lipoma. Wondering if there are better options out there maybe a dermatologist could do it for less? What's the usual cost for this?

Newer treatments for lipomas include High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) and injection lipolysis (dissolving injections), offering non-surgical alternatives to traditional surgical removal or liposuction. Cryotherapy is also an emerging treatment using extreme cold to destroy fat cells in the lipoma
