I'm struggling with a Tinea Cruris infection around my thighs and back. I used lulifin ointment with tenovate before, and it seemed to help at first, but after a month, the infection came back in the same spot. Now I'm using ZoleF ointment. Can you suggest any creams or medicines that could provide a permanent solution for this issue?

For Tinea Cruris infection, it is important to use antifungal medications consistently to prevent recurrence. In addition to Zole-F ointment, you can consider using Terbinafine cream (brand name Lamisil) twice daily for 2-4 weeks. It is important to continue the treatment for the full duration even if the symptoms improve to prevent the infection from coming back. Additionally, keeping the affected areas clean and dry, wearing loose-fitting clothing, and avoiding sharing personal items can help prevent reinfection.

View allI'm having some issues with my nails and went to a dermatologist. They didn't find any fungal elements in the KOH mount test, but the doctor prescribed me Clonate lotion and Lyotin Forte tablets. Can I start using these, and is it really okay to apply Clonate lotion on my nails? Are there any side effects I should be aware of, and could you explain the proper way to use them? I'm really anxious to figure this out soon!

My dad's been dealing with some pretty bad lower back pain and ended up using way too much pain relief balm. Now, his skin looks burnt. Do you have any home remedies that might help with this?

I've been struggling with dandruff for a really long time, and honestly, it's starting to get on my nerves. It flakes out whenever I run my fingers through my hair or even when I'm just sitting still. I'm really curious about what might be causing this. Is it something in my diet or maybe my shampoo? Could it be related to stress or maybe something else entirely? I'm looking for some real advice on what I can do to finally get rid of it. Any thoughts on treatments or remedies that really work?
