I'm suddenly breaking out with pimples, and my cheeks are just covered with them. What can I do or apply to get rid of these pimples?

I'm dealing with a boil near my buttock, kind of close to the anus, and it's been there for the past two days. It's not too big yet but is a bit painful, especially when I sit down. There's just this one boil, but I'm really worried it might grow larger and become more painful. I started taking Augmentin 625 mg once a day at night and so far, I've only taken one tablet last night. Should I keep taking the antibiotics? Is it even necessary? Some of my friends mentioned it might be due to body heatcould that be true? This is the first time I've experienced something like this, and I could really use some advice.

Im 35 and I've noticed I have a few grey hairs. Im really worried about this. Could my diet, especially eating junk, oily, and spicy foods, be contributing to this? What can I do to reduce or prevent more grey hair?
