I'm supposed to get an operation as my doctor recommended, but I'm really not comfortable with endoscopy surgery. On top of that, I'm working and it's tough to get time off. Is there any alternative option that might work for me?

They also gave me some Diclofenac Sodium 100mg. Can you help me figure out what else I should do or if there's anything I should really be concerned about?
