I'm supposed to get an operation as my doctor recommended, but I'm really not comfortable with endoscopy surgery. On top of that, I'm working and it's tough to get time off. Is there any alternative option that might work for me?

View allI've been struggling with heartburn quite a bit and for the past three months, I've been taking Ocid 20mg on an empty stomach every day. I'm really curious if it's safe to continue taking it regularly like this. Could you shed some light on that for me?

I've been having some pretty bad gastric issues lately. There's a lot of gas, and my blood pressure is up at 180100. It's been going on for the last 24 hours, and my ECG came back abnormal. I'm also experiencing severe pain in my epigastric area. What could be going on with me? What should I do next?
Given your symptoms of severe epigastric pain, high blood pressure (180100 mmHg), and an abnormal ECG, it is important to seek immediate medical attention. These symptoms could indicate a serious condition such as a cardiac event or severe gastrointestinal issue like a peptic ulcer or acute pancreatitis. Go to the nearest emergency room or contact your healthcare provider as soon as possible for a thorough evaluation and appropriate treatment.
