I'm supposed to get an operation as my doctor recommended, but I'm really not comfortable with endoscopy surgery. On top of that, I'm working and it's tough to get time off. Is there any alternative option that might work for me?

View allI've been feeling this cramp in my upper left abdomen for a few days now, and I had an ultrasound that didn't show anything wrong. Lately, there's this tingling sensation in my left chest. It doesn't hurt, but it's really annoying and just comes and goes. It's not happening at any set times, but it's still concerning me. As a smoker, should I be worried about this?

My mom has gallstones that are 34mm in size can they be treated with medications or will she need surgery
For gallstones of 34mm, surgery is generally recommended, rather than medication. While medications can sometimes be used to dissolve cholesterol stones, this is not a reliable approach for large stones or stones causing symptoms.
