I'm supposed to take an albendazole 400 mg tablet and Im just not sure how to do it. Am I supposed to swallow it with water, or should I be chewing it like candy? I'm a bit confused and would love some clarity on this.

On top of that, I've got this bad cough and a runny nose. It's been really tough dealing with it all at once. Is this something I should be concerned about? What could be causing these symptoms?
