I'm taking Metosartan 25mg once a day, and my blood pressure readings were around 11070 a few days ago. But now, when I checked, it was 14095. What could be causing this change?

I've been having this chest pain on the right side near my shoulder for a couple of months now. I saw a doctor near my place, and he checked me out, saying there's nothing to worry about, but the pain is still bothering me.
