I'm taking Perfectil tablets because I want to lighten my skin. It's been a week now, but I'm not sure when to expect to see any changes. Could it take a month or maybe two? I'm just wondering how long I should wait to notice a difference.

View allI've been noticing a black line across my cuticle on my thumb, and it's been worrying me a bit. The skin behind it seems slightly inflamed, but the line doesn't go the entire length of the cuticlejust about halfway across the more horizontal part. It's really thin, less than a millimeter. Should I be concerned about this? Does it sound like something I need to get checked out?

I'm experiencing really bad hair loss since I gave birth, and it's been about four months now. I'm getting worried and I'm not sure if this is normal or if I should be doing something specific to help. Can you give me some advice on what I might be able to do or what this could be related to?

I'm a bit confused about how to use Salytar solution for my dandruff. Should I dampen my hair before applying it, or is it fine to just put it straight on dry hair? And after I apply it, do I need to wash my hair with shampoo or will rinsing with water be enough?
apply it on damp hair and wash it off with water and follow your doctors advice
