I'm taking Zandu Pancharista after lunch and dinner because my digestion isn't great, but sometimes I get this upward-moving gas. When that happens, I just take a Normaxin tablet, and it helps right away. I'm a bit concerned though, is it okay to use Normaxin like this, not every day, just when the gas acts up after I've taken the Zandu Pancharista?

Taking Normaxin occasionally for gas relief, about an hour after consuming Zandu Pancharishta, is generally considered safe, as Normaxin contains simethicone, which helps alleviate gas and bloating, and Zandu Pancharishta is a digestive tonic

I'm really worried because I'm having diarrhea after eating papaya on an empty stomach, and my stomach cramps are really bad. I took ornof, but it only seems to provide temporary relief. As soon as it wears off, the cramping and diarrhea come back. I have a history of IBS, so I'm really concerned. Could this be a reaction to the papaya, or something related to my IBS? What should I do next?

I'm a bit worried since my scan showed a polyp in my gall bladder. Is this similar to a stone, or is it more like an overgrown cell?

I'm really worried about this swelling and pain I've been having in my lower rib cage for about a month now. It's pretty uncomfortable and sometimes I even feel a burning sensation. Occasionally, the pain seems to spread to my stomach. I've had some blood tests and an ultrasound, but they didn't show anything abnormal. Could you please help me understand what's going on?

It sounds like the pain in your lower rib cage could be related to muscle strain, costochondritis (inflammation of the rib cartilage), or digestive issues like acid reflux. Since your tests were normal, it might be worth monitoring your posture, stress levels, and diet, and if the pain persists, consulting a doctor for further evaluation.
