Im thinking about inviting my girlfriend over but I'm worried about my aunt getting a good night's sleep. Whats a safe and effective sleeping pill for an older woman that won't cause any side effects? Appreciate any advice you can give.

I've been told to take Exermet 500 three times a day, but I've been taking it only twice. I came across something that said Exermet might cause dementia. Is that true?

My grandmother has a small wet wound near her hip, and I think it might be a pressure sore since she can only sleep in one position after her hip replacement surgery three years ago. What kind of medication or topical cream can we use for this? Also, should we do any special dressing? She's not very mobile, so taking her to a doctor is difficult right now.
yes advised.
