I'm thinking about taking Glutone tablets, but I don't have a prescription. Is it okay to start this without consulting a doctor first? Im just wondering if it's safe or if I should be worried about any side effects. Would love some advice on this!

I'm confused about the normal range for fasting blood sugar levels. Is it supposed to be up to 100 mgdL or 110? Some lab reports mention 110, but I've seen online that it should be 100. Could you clarify this for me?
