I'm thinking about trying Glutone tablets for skin whitening, and it's my first time with them. I'm a bit curious if they're really effective and safe to take without a doctor's prescription. Also, I'm already using Glutathione soap by Health Vit and haven't noticed any side effects so far. What do you think?

I've been using Tretinoin cream for about a month now to tackle my hyperpigmentation, but instead of seeing improvements, my face and neck are getting darker.
