I'm thinking about trying Glutone tablets for skin whitening, and it's my first time with them. I'm a bit curious if they're really effective and safe to take without a doctor's prescription. Also, I'm already using Glutathione soap by Health Vit and haven't noticed any side effects so far. What do you think?

Can I use Indulekha hair oil even though I'm only 16? My hair used to be thick and bouncy, but now it's really thin and seems to be falling out a lot. I'm worried and not sure what to do. Do you think this hair oil would help, or is it not suitable for someone my age?

Yes, you can use Indulekha Hair Oil at the age of 16. It is safe for use in individuals below 18 years of age. To help with your hair breakage and hair fall, you can apply Indulekha Hair Oil on your scalp and hair, gently massaging it in. Leave it on for at least 2-3 hours or overnight before washing it off with a mild shampoo. You can use it 2-3 times a week for best results.
