I'm thinking about trying Safi by Hamdard to help purify my blood. Im curious if it really works and whether there are any possible side effects. Also, should I avoid certain foods like yogurt while taking it? And if you have any other suggestions for the best drink to purify blood, I'd love to hear them!

It is commonly used to improve skin conditions and purify the blood. However, like any medication, it may have side effects such as stomach irritation, diarrhea, or allergic reactions in some individuals. It is generally safe to consume yogurt while taking Safi. As for the best drink to purify blood, water is the most effective and natural way to help cleanse the blood. Staying hydrated by drinking an adequate amount of water throughout the day can help flush out toxins and impurities from the blood.

View allI've had these bald patches over my left and right ear for about four years now, and they're really bothering me. They're oval and completely bald, and nothing I've tried so far has made them go away. I haven't done anything about it for the past two years, but it seems like the bald patches are slowly getting bigger. Do you have any advice on what might be causing this or how I can treat it?

I'm a bit worried because I've been using minoxidil 5% for about five days now, and I've really been struggling with getting a good night's sleep. Could this sleeplessness be a side effect of minoxidil?
-Yes, sleeplessness can be a rare side effect of minoxidil, though it's uncommon. If the issue persists or worsens, consider consulting your doctor to explore alternatives or adjustments.
