I'm thinking about trying Safi by Hamdard to help purify my blood. Im curious if it really works and whether there are any possible side effects. Also, should I avoid certain foods like yogurt while taking it? And if you have any other suggestions for the best drink to purify blood, I'd love to hear them!

It is commonly used to improve skin conditions and purify the blood. However, like any medication, it may have side effects such as stomach irritation, diarrhea, or allergic reactions in some individuals. It is generally safe to consume yogurt while taking Safi. As for the best drink to purify blood, water is the most effective and natural way to help cleanse the blood. Staying hydrated by drinking an adequate amount of water throughout the day can help flush out toxins and impurities from the blood.

I've been dealing with these lichen planus spots for a while now. Even after treatment, they seem to come back. I'm really looking for something that's a permanent fix. Could you help me find the best treatment that prevents them from regrowing? I'm starting to feel a bit frustrated with this cycle.

Lichen planus spots can be treated with topical corticosteroids such as Clobetasol cream applied twice daily for several weeks. In more severe cases, oral corticosteroids like Prednisone may be prescribed for a short period. For long-term management and prevention of regrowth, topical immunomodulators like Tacrolimus ointment can be used. Additionally, antihistamines like Loratadine can help with itching. It is important to follow up with your doctor regularly to monitor the condition and adjust treatment as needed.

I'm really worried about these sebaceous cysts I've noticed. Are they something serious that I should be concerned about? I'd love to know what exactly causes them and if there's a way to actually treat or cure them. Any insight would be super helpful!

Sebaceous cysts are typically curable and not a serious problem, caused by blockage of sebaceous glands, genetics, trauma, or infection; treatment options include antibiotics for infected cysts, drainage or surgical excision for large or persistent cysts, and home remedies like warm compresses or tea tree oil for small, uninfected cysts,
