I'm thinking of taking two Zincovit tablets a day, is that okay? Also, when would be the best time to take them? Would appreciate any advice on this.

Feeling and seeing your pulse in your stomach can be unsettling.
Possible Causes
- Normal variation: As you mentioned, it's normal to feel a slight pulse in the abdominal area.
- Increased abdominal muscle tone: If you've recently started exercising or have increased your physical activity, your abdominal muscles may be more prominent, making the pulse more visible.
- Thin body fat percentage: If you have a low body fat percentage, your abdominal organs, including the aorta, may be more visible.
- Aortic pulse: The aorta, the main artery that carries blood from the heart, runs through the abdominal cavity. A strong aortic pulse can be visible in some individuals.
No Need for Concern
Unless you're experiencing other symptoms like:
- Abdominal pain or tenderness
- Shortness of breath
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Rapid or irregular heartbeat

View allI'm really worried about what's happening with my health lately. Around 20 days ago, I had typhoid without a fever, just mild symptoms. It came with weakness, headaches, and gas, and after a blood test, it was confirmed as typhoid. My doctor said it might have been around for 2-3 months before that. I took antibiotics for 12 days and finished them 5-6 days ago. But yesterday, I started experiencing gas problems and a heavy feeling below my chest. Mornings seem worse with intense weakness, like there's no blood in my body, sleepiness, a slight headache, and pain in both legs. I also have a slight fever, and my anxiety spikes before breakfast, though it calms down a bit after I eat. I'm curious if this is another condition or if the typhoid hasn't cleared up yet. What do you think?
It is possible that your symptoms could be related to the typhoid infection not being completely cured. It is important to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation. In the meantime, you can consider taking a proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole 40mg once daily before breakfast to help with the gas problem and congestion below the chest area. Additionally, you can take a multivitamin supplement like Becosules capsule once daily after breakfast to help with the weakness and sleepiness. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult your doctor for further management.

I had gotten the Covishield vaccine and about 12 hours later, I started experiencing chills and fever. I took Dolo a few times at around 10:30 pm, 3 am, 7:45 am, and 1 pm. However, by 6, I still had body pain and fever, so I took Meftal Forte. Someone mentioned to me that taking Meftal Forte was not a good idea. Fortunately, most of my symptoms are gone now, just a slight ache remains. Could you please let me know if it was okay to take Meftal Forte in this situation? I'm feeling a bit worried about it.
Taking Meftal Forte (a combination of mefenamic acid and paracetamol) after Dolo (paracetamol) is generally not recommended due to the increased risk of adverse effects, such as stomach ulcers and bleeding; however, since you've already taken it and your symptoms have resolved

I've been dealing with this dry cough and random discomfort all over, like in my chest, pelvis, and abdomen. These discomforts just appear and disappear, and they don't usually last long, except for my chest, which lingered on two occasions. Also, I've been feeling this slight ache in my shoulder and lower back for about a month now. Just wondering what's going on with my body? Should I be worried, or is there something I should do to make it stop?
