I'm traveling and haven't had breakfast yet. Can I still use my inhaler if my stomach is empty? It's a Foracort inhaler.

I'm really worried about my dad. He's 76 and has been dealing with COPD for 7 years. Just recently, he had a secondary infection causing respiratory failure type 2. At the moment, he's on 0.5 O2 to keep his oxygen level at 94. His latest abc report shows pco2 at 40 and po2 at 66. Besides COPD, he only has thyroid issues. I'm concerned about his life expectancy after this episode. Can you give me an idea if he might have 6 months, 1 year, or even 5 years left?

I've been having these moments where it feels like I can't really breathe, especially after eating or sometimes at night. It's like I'm not getting enough air or something. If I try to breathe deeply, I get this tightness in my back and upper chest. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it's really uncomfortable. I've been dealing with an allergic bronchial cough for the past 12 years. It tends to get really bad during the winter months, and this time it kicked off around November. I usually dont find much relief with medicines or inhalers, but I tried Ascoril plus syrup recently, and surprisingly, there's been some improvement. I'd say the cough is about 50% better, and I'm hoping it continues to help. I've been taking 10 ml of it, three times a day, for the last three days. Im just a bit worried about how long I can safely continue to use this medicine and what the proper dosage should be. Also, I've noticed some tremors in my hands after starting it. Can you provide guidance on this?

take 5ml thrice a day for 1 week ,if to continue you can use it for 1 week more
