I'm on treatment and it's been 66 days now, but I've been getting a fever at night around 100 to 100.4 degrees. Is this normal after two months of treatment? When can I expect this to stop?

I've been really anxious about my HIV status, so I went for tests at different times. I had an ELISA test on the 14th day, a CMIA test on the 32nd day, and another CMIA test on the 41st day after what I think was my last exposure. All of them came back negative. Can I trust these results and consider them conclusive? Also, how reliable is the CMIA combo test in general?

cmia chemiluminescence microparticle immuno assay similar to elisa.....just get once checked on 48th day and it will be confirmed dat u are negative for Hiv yes cmia is reliable test. ..

I'm really worried about the test results. The Widal test came back positive with Typhi O at 140, Typhi H at 180, and both Typhi AH and BH at 120. I'm not sure if this points to typhoid or malaria. Could you help me understand what these results mean?

Widal test results indicate a positive result for typhoid fever. The positive results for Typhi O and Typhi H suggest a recent or current infection with Salmonella typhi bacteria. To treat typhoid fever, I recommend a course of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin. It is important to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest during the treatment period. Remember to consult a physician before starting any new medication.

I'm based in Pune and have been dealing with Tubercular Lymphadenopathy for the last 9 months, but I can still feel swollen nodes on the left side of my neck. I'm worried because even after all this treatment, the size hasn't gone down. Could you recommend a well-experienced specialist in Pune who can help me with this?

Ideally the swelling also should come down,as it is still persisting, visit Physician for follow up and appropriate treatment.
