I'm trying to conceive but recently had 15 days of continuous bleeding after taking Siphene. My doctor recommended taking Progynova 2mg, but I'm a bit scared about how it might affect my chances of conceiving. Can you explain how Progynova works in this situation?

Since you have prolonged bleeding days ,doctor would have suggested you this.progynova is not a ovulation inducing drug. But it certainly helps to stop stop which is very important right now. It may alter harmonal balance but will not prevent ovulation. So this tab as such don't act as contracepive.

I'm currently pregnant and using an inhaler, but I'm a bit worried about its safety during this time. Could you recommend an inhaler that's considered completely safe for pregnancy?

During pregnancy, it's important to avoid unnecessary medications, but inhalers like **Salbutamol** (a short-acting bronchodilator) are generally considered safe for asthma management. Always consult your doctor before starting any medication to ensure it's the best option for you and your baby.

I'm a bit worried because my period is late by 4 days this month, even though they've been regular before. Last month, my period started on September 2nd, but I had dengue then and maybe because of the fever or weakness, my flow was really low. Do you think there's something wrong or should I be concerned? Could you give me some advice on what to do next?

It's not uncommon for your menstrual cycle to be slightly delayed after an illness like dengue, as it can affect your hormones and overall health. If the delay is only a few days and there are no other concerning symptoms, it should be okay, but if the delay continues or you experience unusual symptoms, it might be worth consulting your doctor for reassurance.
