I'm trying to deal with this jock itch, and I've been using cipladine cream and Dettol, but I'm not sure if that's the right approach. Is there a better or permanent solution for jock itch that I should be considering?

View allI've noticed some white hairs appearing in my beard and I'm a bit worried about it happening at this age. Are there any treatments or products out there that could help with this? Should I be looking into medicines or maybe some kind of lotion? Would love some advice on what I can do to get it back to how it was.

I've got a bit of a problem with eczema on my scrotum and my dermatologist told me to use Mometasone Furoate Cream IP ELOCON every night. But when I looked it up, I read that it shouldn't be used on the groin area. It hurt a little at first but seemed to get better after that. I'm just really concerned and wondering if it's okay to keep using this cream. Could it affect sperm production since Im applying it directly on the scrotum? I'm pretty worried about this.
Clopivate cream for local application is advise for 7 days, if any side -effects dermatologist opinion is advised .
